All orders are shipped using the US Postal Service (USPS) and sent via Priority Mail for both domestic and international orders. If you’re not in a rush and want to save some money, I can ship via Media Mail in the US and via 1st Class International for outside the US. Actual shipping costs always vary depending on what you order, where you live and what service you choose. For example, to ship one 12” single within the US by Priority Mail would generally run around $8.25, by Media Mail $3.00. To ship one 12” single to the UK would generally run around $27.00, by 1st Class International $17.00. (Note: US Postal Service rates just went up May 17th.) Again, prices vary from order to order so feel free to contact me beforehand if you’re unsure what your shipping costs will be.
(Note: By default, I ship using Priority service for all orders because 1) the tracking service is much more reliable, particularly for international shipments, 2) I can process your payment and print postage simultaneously and 3) most shipments get an extra level of coverage by PayPal when shipped using Priority service. If you still want to use the cheaper method, please let me know at time of order.)
RETURNS POLICY: I listen to everything I have for sale both when I initially post the item and right before I ship it off to you so it's rare that anything gets by me... but I am human! So, if you buy something from me and it has a skip or some other defect that I missed, please e-mail me and I'll make sure you either get your money refunded or the item gets replaced (or whatever else you and I agree on.)
